Registration

Registration is now offically closed.

Do not hesitate to contact us using the email address indicated in the HELP section below for finalizing your registration and payment.

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions of the conference, accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, conference dinner and social event, starting from the dinner on Monday, May 8th to the lunch on Friday, May 12th.

PhD and post-doctoral researchers:
Twin room: 270 € / pers

Permanent researchers:
Single room (subject to room availability): 550€ / pers

An additionnal 10 € is requested to book a seat on the special ferry transfer (17:30 on Monday 8th). This needs to be indicated in the first step of registration, when selecting the price range.

Registration and payment will be done through the website https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR12/inscription/.

In a 2-step procedure :
1/ Pre-registration (pre-record): after typically 48 h, you will receive an email confirming your pre-registration.
2/ Formal registration (validate your pre-record): from the link provided in the pre-registration email from azur-colloque.fr (object : "AzurColloque DR12...", check spam folder), you will be able to fill in the registration form.
Registration will be confirmed after the payment by credit card or CNRS order (France only for the latter).

Payment deadline: April 3rd 2023

There is a limited number of rooms in the conference center. The validation and room allocation will be done on the basis of "first registred (2 steps), first served". Do not wait until the last minute !
